180° – Laboratory for Innovative Art is seeking a Technical Director to join the team for the 12th edition of the festival (11-17.10.2025). Each year, 180° brings together 15–20 international artists from diverse disciplines (music, theatre, visual/digital arts). They meet in Sofia for the first time, experiment, and create brand-new projects within within a week. Since 2014, 200+ artists from 30+ countries have taken part. As Technical Director, .you will align artistic vision with technical implementation, working closely with the artists and our small, flexible, highly motivated team.
