180° PROGRAM 2025

Festival topic: PARAD-ISO

The 12th edition of 180° – Laboratory for Innovative Art will take place from 11 to 17 October 2025 in Sofia. This year’s theme is PARAD-ISO – abstract and open to free interpretation. True to the spirit of the festival, we do not impose a predefined meaning; instead, we offer participants full freedom to discover and create their own responses through the collaborative process.

The festival brings together artists from different disciplines – experimental music, contemporary dance, performance, visual arts, literature, and more – who create and present their projects to the public within a three-day intensive process. The events  may take the form of performances, installations, concerts, work-in-progress showings, or hybrid formats, with the primary focus on process, risk, and encounters between unfamiliar artistic universes.
