Dora Dimitrova

Praised for her versatility and emotionally moving performances, Bulgarian-American violinist, Dora Dimitrova lives a multi faceted career as a concertmaster, soloist and chamber musician. Dimitrova has performed in venues such as Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York, Rudolfinum – Dvorak Hall in Prague, and The Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Dora has worked with Princeton Symphony Orchestra (NJ, USA), Symphony in C (NJ, USA), International Mahler Orchestra (Berlin), RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra (Ljubljana), among others. Dimitrova graduated as a Doctor of Musical Arts at Stony Brook University in May, 2018. Her teachers include Dora Ivanova, Soovin Kim, Hagai Shaham, Jennifer Frautschi, Arnaud Sussmann, and the internationally renowned Emerson String Quartet.


HYPER DUO is a Swiss ensemble founded by pianist Gilles Grimaître and percussionist Julien Mégroz. Both from French-speaking Switzerland, the two musicians met during the prestigious Lucerne Festival in 2012. Since 2017, the duo also focus on a new original instrumentation: drumset and electronic keyboards. Always searching for original programmes which blur the boundaries between music and performance-art, the duo represents a collective exploration of sound, space and affect. HYPER DUO performed in venues such as Tzlil Meudcan (Tel Aviv), Taktlos Festival (Zürich), ppIANISSIMO Festival (Sofia), Izlog Festival 2018 (Zagreb), Le Bruit de la Musique (France).

Petr Hastik

Petr Hastik, is a choreographer, dancer and performer from Czech Republic. He studied dance theater and dance pedagogy in the Duncan Centre Conservatory, in Prague, and Modern Dance in Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, Germany. In 2011 Petr became a member of Neuer Tanz/ VA Wölfl in Düsseldorf, performing regularly in Germany (Mousontrum, Kampnagel, Düsseldorf) and other countries such as France (Théâtre de la Ville, Théâtre National de Bretagne, Pavillon Noir in Aix-en-Provance), Mexico and Portugal. In 2014 he starts his collaboration with the artist and choreographer Tino Sehgal. Since 2013, he started developing his own work with Montserrat Gardó Castillo in pieces that have been presented in several festivals in NRW: tanz.tausch (Köln), Now and Next (Tanzhaus NRW Düsseldorf) and Tanzfestival 638 Kilo Tanz (Essen). Their recent video #BODY winned the VIDEO-WETTBEWERB QUERBEET from Kulturrat-NRW and was selected to be part of the Athens Video Dance Project. Currently he is working with NRW based artists Reut Shemesh, Ben J. Riepe and Michael Schmidt. Petr is also active with his own artistic development as a choreographer and creator.
