Praised for her versatility and emotionally moving performances, Bulgarian-American violinist, Dora Dimitrova lives a multi faceted career as a concertmaster, soloist and chamber musician. Dimitrova has performed in venues such as Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York, Rudolfinum – Dvorak Hall in Prague, and The Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Dora has worked with Princeton Symphony Orchestra (NJ, USA), Symphony in C (NJ, USA), International Mahler Orchestra (Berlin), RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra (Ljubljana), among others. Dimitrova graduated as a Doctor of Musical Arts at Stony Brook University in May, 2018. Her teachers include Dora Ivanova, Soovin Kim, Hagai Shaham, Jennifer Frautschi, Arnaud Sussmann, and the internationally renowned Emerson String Quartet.
